Food and Arthritis
Course Description:
With over 20 million Americans over the age of 45 suffering from Arthritis, it is important to educate people on the important role that diet plays in alleviating the pain and stiffness associated with this disease. This class discusses the correlation between food and arthritis, identifies the two types of arthritis, how to avoid arthritis triggers and tasting and discussing pain-safe foods. *Food tasting included.

*Please register for Nutrition Classes at least 24-hours in advance. This class will also be held on 2/11 and 2/18 from 1:00- 3:00 pm. To register for the 2/11 or the 2/18 class online, select the date from the calendar and follow the registration instructions.
