Grocery Store Tour
Course Description:
“What is tempeh and where do I find it?” “How do I know which bread is the best?” Come with us to the grocery store and get the answers to these and many other questions. During the tour we will discuss the meaning of “locally grown” and “organic”, nutrition label facts, portion size and much more! Learn to shop your local grocery store with new awareness and confidence by going on the Grocery Store Tour!
