Yogalates
Course Description:
Yogalates is a fusion of Yoga & Pilates. This class blends the balance and stretching of Yoga with the core strengthening and fluidity of Pilates. The practice of yoga leads to improved health, increased energy levels, while Pilates builds core muscle strength and increases flexibility creating a sleek, toned body.
Special Notes:
This class is also offered on Thursday, 9/24 from 5:00pm-6:00pm and Monday, 9/28 from 5:00-6:00pm.
