Course Description:
Yoga is an ancient practice designed to prepare the body for meditation. The practice of yoga leads to improved health, increased energy levels, physical and mental stress reduction and an overall increase in self-awareness, self-confidence and well-being. Cost for the series: $49 for one yoga class per week. $79 for two yoga classes per week. Cost for a one-time class: $15
