Fitness Boot Camp
Course Description:
A one hour total body training program designed to reduce body fat and tone muscles. Each boot camp is custom-designed to target the cardiovascular system and the main muscle groups. You work, you sweat, and best of all you burn calories fast while having fun! Participants (18 years old and up) should bring comfortable workout clothing, sneakers, yoga mat or a beach towel, and water. All equipment is provided. Investment: $140 for 10 classes; $80 for 5 classes; $20 for a single class

Class Faculty Detail:

Marcelo Vazquez is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified personal trainer and a certified youth soccer trainer/coach. He also holds a certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Marcelo is passionate about fitness, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and helping others to get in shape. He utilizes this passion to create unique and enjoyable routines, such as cardio-salsa and fitness boot camp. He promotes physical activity for children through “kidz fitness boot camp” where he encourages children to adopt healthy fitness and nutritional habits while they engage in fitness activities. As a native of Argentina, he is also passionate about soccer, and he uses soccer to promote physical activity among children through his recreational soccer programs.
