Be aware and present at all times and learn to cherish and appreciate all the wonderful things your body does for you. Accepting and loving ourselves is the first step to accenting and loving others. Only when we have conquered the physical aspects of life, can we begin to explore the mind and the heart and begin to make a real mind-body-spirit connection. – Leisy Julien
