Continuing Yoga (Yoga II)
Course Description:
Yoga is an ancient practice designed to prepare the body for meditation. The practice of yoga leads to improved health, increased energy levels, physical and mental stress reduction and an overall increase in self-awareness, self-confidence and well-being. In Continuing Yoga (Yoga II), you will be introduced to more advanced postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques. Yoga II is appropriate for students with some previous yoga experience, those in good physical condition and students that are prepared for more challenging physical activity.

The Yoga Special is back by popular demand! $100 for unlimited classes for the entire 8-week session!There is a $15 fee for a one-time class.
