Prenatal Yoga
Course Description:
Prenatal Yoga is designed for women at all stages of pregnancy to safely stretch and strengthen the body, while developing an increased awareness of changes in the body. Yoga can help ease common discomforts of pregnancy while preparing the body for delivery of their precious new baby. In addition, we will work on relaxation and breathing exercises to help calm the mind and body during this exciting time. Prenatal Yoga is also a great opportunity for pregnant women to interact with women going through similar physical and emotional changes. Previous yoga experience is not necessary.
Special Notes:
THIS CLASS NEEDS AT LEAST 5 STUDENTS TO OFFER THE CLASS. $60 for one yoga class per week $100 for unlimited yoga and pilates classes for the month of June $80 New Student Special- unlimited access to all yoga and pilates classes for the month of June. There is a $15 fee for a one-time class. To register for a one-time class please call (678) 243-5074.
